Virtual Administration is very happy to provide our skills to clients on a project by project basis.  As the project is completed, we will send you the bill.  For clients who are new to Virtual Administration, we do require a completion deposit, and this amount will depend on the total cost of your assignment, which is discussed and agreed up front.  A minimum charge of 2 hours will apply, with further time billed in 15 minute increments.  If it’s super urgent, never fear!  We are very happy to help, and will work even whilst you are relaxing!  However, these urgent projects will incur a 10% surcharge.

Need our support on a regular basis?
In addition to working on a task by task basis, Virtual Administration is able to provide ongoing administrative support to our clients.  We can offer our clients a partnership services package, which will involve monthly or mutually agreed regular billing.  Virtual Administration partnership services are paid for in advance at the commencement of each month, prior to work beginning on any project. Minimum charge for our partnership services includes the agreed retainer fee, along with further time applied in 30 minute increments.

Payment Policy
Payment is expected within 7 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated in our Service Agreement. A 20% late fee will apply to accounts which are overdue by more than 30 days, and must be applied when payment is made.

Preferred payment method is by direct deposit into our nominated bank account, but company cheques are accepted by prior arrangement only. Credit card payment is available via PayPal; a fee will apply for using this method of payment.
