Michelle has had nearly 20 years experience in administration, from the receptionist level, up to Office Manager, and Executive Assistant to Senior Executive Managers in global corporations.  Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England, and various other tertiary qualifications.

What Are Your Working Hours? TOP

Virtual Administration generally operates from 9am to 5pm, 6 days a week.  If we are not on duty, then we are easily contactable, and we are committed to responding to your email queries within 24 hours.   If it’s urgent, please note this in the subject line, and we’ll do our best to respond to you asap.

What Are Your Rates? TOP

Virtual Administration bills our clients on a project or retainer basis.  Visit our Rates page for more information, or contact us to get an obligation free estimate on your next project.

What Do Our Rates Not Cover? TOP

Our rates typically do not include expense such as cost of postage, mass photocopying, faxing, etc.   We are happy to discuss any additional expenses that you foresee when we are providing our project estimate.

Are you willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement? TOP

Our service agreements contain a non-disclosure clause as a standard item, this is designed to protect both parties property or trade secrets.
